Fecth user rescord who have Personal settings(Track==All email messsage) + using fetch xml

Hello All,

I want to create xml where i want to fetch the user(systemuser) who have Track=="All email message."

I have tried using xml but it's give me error here is screeenshot:

Anyone know how can i achieve this, please let me know!
