Generate ACH file missing

We are setting up Direct Deposit and several of our users are missing the "Generate ACH File" menu option in Payroll Transactions. Anyone know how to get it to appear? What are we missing in the setup? We are using GP 2010.

Thanks,

Tom

Thanks for the info. I was wondering about that. We'll call our support people.

Direct Deposit is listed separately in my registration window.  I believe it is a separate purchase.  Ask your partner if you are registered for it, or call Sales support at 1-800-456-0025,( click option 2, option1) to ask if you are registered for it.

I cannot see it in 'sa'. When I go to registration, I do not see an entry for Direct Deposit. Isn't Direct Deposit part of the standard Payroll? (Payroll is checked).

I would suggest to log in as the 'sa' user and see if you can see it.   If not, then go to Tools|Setup|System\Registration and make sure Direct Deposit is marked in the registration window.  Also go to Tools|Setup|Payroll|Direct Deposit and make sure that ACTIVE is marked.
