On my "Products and Service Summary" page I have 2 plans, both called "Microsoft Dynamics SL Business Ready". One shows "Active Plan" which expires in 17 days. The other shows "Pending Plan" which expires in 365 days. My question is are they both the same plans, just that one takes over after the other expires? I wish there was a phone number or chat session so I can talk to someone about this. Thank you.
