Hi Guys

We have a customer who was previously on RMS 2.0, they then upgraded to POS 2009 and now wants to go back to RMS 2.0. Can you please tell me if anyone has done this before, or knows of a downgrade path back to RMS2.0?

Any advice will be much appreciated.

    Craig,

    The only tool to do this that I know about is the one from Retail Realm, their Import Utility.
