Error when trying to access Cash flow forecast setup

Hello community,
 
I wanted to explore and test Cash Flow Forecasting possibilities in D365, but I can't access the /Cash flow forecast setup/ menu und get the following error, although I have Admin role.
 
Do you have any idea, how to fix this?
  
  
 
 
By the way, we don't use Project module at all, and I don't understand why /ProjParameters/ have something to do with my issue.

    Hi,
    Thank you for adding the screenshot information. If you are in the System Administrator role, then it is probably not a security role issue. Whether the configuration key is disabled, please check according to the description in this blog. https://microsoft-business-applications.hcltech.com/dynamics-365-finance-operations/deactivation-of-configuration-keys-in-dynamics-365/
