D365 Field Service Bookings - Calendar view no longer shows the work order number

Posted on by 15

D365 Field Services - About a month ago the calendar control via Bookable Resource Bookings quit showing the BookableResources.name field/value at the top and in bold.  Instead it started showing 'Service Request' unassigned. (We renamed "Work Orders" to "Service Request" several months ago.  I've had a ticket logged with Microsoft for over a month now and no help from them.

Anyone run into this?  Were you able to fix it?

    Hi D365Osky,

I'm glad to hear that and thanks for sharing your solution. It could be helpful for others who meet the same issue.

    Hi Steve,

I have tried deleting the existing booking calendar control and re-adding it, but no luck.  I can add the same field that is supposed to be displayed in bold instead of the "Service Request - Unassigned" to Custom Field 1 on the booking calendar control and it displays fine.

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi D365Osky,

Have you tried to recreate booking calendar control in the bookable resource booking entity?
