In the Project Queries Web Part, the results grid does not display scroll bars, neither horizontal nor vertical. Is there a way to make them visible? I have attached a screen shot detailing the missing scroll bars.

Upon additional testing, I removed the two versions of Office Web Components (OWC10 and OWC11) that I had installed and re-installed them. Once I did that the vertical scroll bar returned. However, I did not see the horizontal scroll bar. I also noticed the scroll bars missing if I changed the zoom level for IE when viewing that page. It looks as if the size of the window/frame of the grid control is not large enough or does not scale out when the columns and rows are beyond the current, static size.
I can click a row to select it and then use my arrow keys and page up/page down buttons on my keyboard to navigate the grid control.
