I have a user, that when they go to Cards > Utility > Utility Account and put in an account number they are supposed to be able to click Extras > Other > Transfer to A/P, but the last option is grayed out. anyone know where to increase their rights so they can do this?

Just went and looked for this myself and do not see any Cards->Utility->Utility Account function. What version of GP are you using. Check the Edit Launch File option to check for 3rd party add on's and let us know what you have.
Hi James. Is this standard GP or could this be a modification / custom functionality? What module are you referring to?
I'm not aware of the functionality of Cards >> Utility >> Utility Account.
