Bank Fee for Card Retail Payment is not posted to GL

Hello Experts 

After posting the retail statement, I realized that the bank commission percentage (bank fee) for the card payment neither calculated nor posted to the GL, is there a parameter or setup I am missing?

    Greeting and happy new year.

    What is the version of your application ? I had similar issue on past and it works find in 2012 R3 and for D365 it already fixed in old version

    Please submit support ticket so I can look into your issue .

    Hello Shaimaa

    Our product version is 10.0.14

    platform version is update38 (7.0.5778.41503)

    we have the same problem written on your link (Card fee still not generated when statement is posted even they are configured on the card payments methods) but issue still open.

    we already created a ticket with ID#2101070050002069

    it would be appreciated if you can share how this problem is solved or if you can guide for a hotfix.
