Workflow not creating and sending e-mail

So I built a very simple workflow that is triggered by a field change that is supposed to send an e-mail out, when I run the workflow it says succeeded but when I look in the activities e-mail history there is no e-mail created and I do not receive an e-mail in my mailbox. I'm not sure why? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    When you open the system job for your workflow, does the Progress Process section follow the path you expect?

    Hi Helweh,

    One thing to check is the scope of the workflow, if it is "User" and you do not own the record it is not going to do what you expect since you must be the owner.  I sometimes forget to change the scope here so it doesn't process except for the records I own so thought I would mention :)  If this is a process that should take place for more than just records owned by the user then you should set accordingly.

    Yes, the workflow is very simple. Check if (criteria is met)
     then send e-mail.

    For some reason the workflow runs as succeeded but no e-mail is created

    One more thought...

    Did you make sure that the user mailbox that you are sending the email from is approved and the "test and enable" has been run?  Just another thought...

    Sorry, I just saw you screen shot...

    I don't think your conditional will ever evaluate to true.  You are saying if the account: last transaction date = 1 day after account: last transaction date.  I think it is hitting the conditional and never evaluating to true.  Were you supposed to compare two different fields here?
