VBA error after upgrade Office 2007 to Office 2010

Hi guys,

My customer upgraded Office 2007 to Office 2010 and all VBA customizations in Dynamics GP 10 didn't work. I did as Beth Gardner's article http://blogs.msdn.com/b/developingfordynamicsgp/archive/2010/08/27/file-not-found-vba6-dll-error-occurs-or-gp-crashes-and-creats-a-watson-fault-bucket-1474386816.aspx suggested and managed to recover most of the customizations. But now I am not able to import user forms which have the ListView control in it. I have unregistered and registered mscomctl.ocx but to no avail. Users are not able to key in data into GP. I am at my wit's end.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Saras, is your environment a 64bit, because if that is the case then you are missing to register FM20.* the mscomctl.ocx and other files not from \windows\system32 but from the windows\syswow64 folder

    Hi Francisco,

I am on a 32bit environment. But I managed to copy over mscomctl.ocx, FM20.dll etc from a working PC to the nonworking PC. I unregistered the existing OCX files and registered the files that I copied over. Now it works.

    Thanks for your suggestions.
