Hi everyone
In my organisation customer service sometimes need to re-send a marketing e.-mail from a customer journey using the Send Now function in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
The marketing e-mail has dynamic content from a data field that is related to-related to-related the contact. I get this error message that the Send now function do not support dynamic content with relations.
Is there an upgrade or a fix to this problem in the coming releases? Or perhaps a work-around, other than creating a new, regular customer journey?
