Packing the solution for deployment

Hi,

I have a task to package the contents and deploy it to the UAT and PROD environment. But I am knew to this and I know very less knowledge about packaging and I don't find any good blog to learn it step by step. If anybody is having hands on experience on packaging in Dynamics 365 and deployment then please share the step by step procedure so that I can do my task and also please share if there is any blog or article on it.
