Hi,
Checking in with Business Central online users in EMEA if anyone detected issues with accessing business central?
Lacking an answer from Microsoft, trying to find out if our issues are local or affecting more tenants. Behaviour is after logging in just indefinitive waiting on "Getting ready".
Thanks
Hello,
Thank you for sharing. That is indeed the way to get information about service health. Delegated Admins may need to ask Office 365 admins to add them as a recipient to receive these messages as well.
Thank you.
Indeed we're back online.
Seems the service is stabilzing, many of our customers can login again without any issues.
Setup notification in your admin center, servicehealth
Partners should start using M365 notification system and not D365 BC TAC as primary notification system.
.. just checked on M365 Admin and can see the message we sent ...
.. can see the history for this Incident as well, if they didn’t activated notification ... now it is the time do it.

Seems that even though delegated admin can login, error occurs when you try to edit data. Tried on customer name and got error.
Very odd issue. Many of our customers cannot login, they get stuck at "Getting Ready" - however I can login using my delegated admin user. But I cannot login on our own BC with the same user.
This seems to be trigged by some user dependent setup.
Same here, does it make sense for all partners to create support tickets. What do you normally do, create one for one tenant, stay tuned on community/yammer, create tickets for all customers facing problems?
Thanks for feedback.
We noted however that it seem to be issue for online / end users. OAuth2 API access seem to work. We're based in sweden.
Since we have more confirmations across EMEA Microsoft must clearly be on it.
We have the exact same problem.
Our business is located in Denmark
