How to check if user is already registered for a webinar event

Is it possible to check if the user is already registered for an event while the user clicks register button on the marketing form?

    Hi Tez,

    You could create an alternate key with combination of "Contact" field and "Event" field to Event Registration entity.

    If contact registers event again, the new record will be prevented by system due to values of contact and event field are same.

    Nevertheless, users will still see "Thank you for your registration" even though the record will not be created.

    (Because system checks duplicate record at backend, it is difficult to send the result message to event page.)
