Quality order failed to change the inventory status when change the item location

Hello,

for the purchase order inbound operation and upon the registration of the items with WMS a quality order is opened on the batch number level (see the item sampling screen shot) then the items are moved to another location when i validate the quality order nothing happens to the moved items inventory status.

is there any way to change the inventory status upon the validation of the quality order?
I even tried to set up joint table in the change warehouse inventory status Querry, but nothing happened,

Most likely because the LotN° has changed from the first received transaction and the created one upon mouvement,

any suggestions.

I have the same question (0)

That’s my assumption as well, based on what I recall about quality orders and from reviewing the code.
It's not able to follow the batch to the new location.

You need to create a small extension to the quality validation method (InventQualityOrderValidate.updateInventoryStatus()) to update the tested batch.

Are you using Quality item sampling for processing the Purchase quality order? Meaning upon registering the item via hand held device quality item sampling work gets created along with purchase put-away work?

If it and is yes then you need to complete that work and then only you would be able to validate the quality order. It doesn't matter whether you complete the put-away work or not.

    Hi,
Since your Sampling is configured for Per Updated Quantity, I do not think you need to include Inventory Status as part of the sampling configuration.  Do you really register more than one Inventory Status at any one time?  If not, I would suggest removing this from you sampling setup to simplify the configuration and have one less thing to consider when troubleshooting.

I am interested in the answer to Sagar's question about the sampling work and have three additional questions:

-Am I correct in assuming that you have configured the relevant Test Groups to update inventory status as shown below?

-When validating the Quality Order, when you click the Select Button, can you confirm that the location dimension shown is the original receipt location?  That query displays the constraints applied when updating the Inventory Status (if configured to be updated). You can change the query parameters by removing the location or adding the put away location to confirm.
