We're trying to update an attribute on the Lead Entity based on an email activity.
Essentially, we have a field named "Replied" on the lead entity that is Y or N. An email within CRM is sent from the lead entity to a receipient and is tracked. When the recipient replies to that email, it is tracked into the CRM lead as history. We would like the the "Replied" field to be updated to "Y" whenever a reply of the email is tracked. How can this be done? Workflow? We tried creating the workflow from the lead entity but cannot find any related entity for activities.
Please advise.
