Struggling to get coherent, consistent pre-sales information for my business (in UK).
Looking to buy Dynamics CRM Online with MS Office 365
Before I trial the software I need to confirm the following;
1) Can I use MS Office 365 Midsize Business with Dynamics CRM Online
2) Is there anyway of avoiding 5-user licence entry point. ( I need 3 licences to start with and will add others later)
3) I believe there is a bundled option of Office 365 with Dynamics CRM that gets a 30% discount - could I qualify
4) Deal direct or go through partner? Pros/Cons?
I wouldn't normally burden a Forum/Community with such questions but I've run out of energy going round 5 different Microsoft numbers and am close to giving up.
And here I was thinking pre-sales customers always got priority ?(!)
