I'm looking for D365 CRM Reference Architecture for each module like Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Appreciate if someone can point me the directions.

Hey! As online architecture, I think it's complicated to get a detailed reference architecture. However you can check the following guides:

- https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/it/2020/03/25/understanding-dynamics-365-for-it-architecture-integration-and-more/. This list pretty much the services on Dynamics.

- https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/solutions/cloud-architecture-models?view=o365-worldwide this link has some nice diagrams related to the underlying Identity services & networking in Microsoft Cloud.
