Finished (FIN)  item has 3 levels of BOM

FIN Item (BOM)

Level1 - T1

Level1 - t2

-------Level 2 - T21

-------Level2 - T22

-----------------Level 3  - T231

----------------Level 3   - T232

Level1 - t3

Level1 - T4

------Level 2 - T41

------Level 2 - T42

Level1 - T5

When FIN item is added in sales order lines, net requirements (view from Pegging Tree) and invent transactions are created only for Level 1 items. event kanban is created.

what setting is missing or any reason behind the transactions are not getting generated for lower BOM levels?

Thanks,

Lakshmi

could anyone provide me with the list of what all needs to be setup as parameters for BOM explosion so that master scheduling can run through all the lower levels of BOM?

On your default order settings... What is the default order type? Production or Kanban?

Not that oriented in Kanban, but if it is a Kanban then maybe some aditional setup is required on the Kanban Type?
