I would like to see a report that will show the last date of purchase (from Vendor) of all the items that I have marked as INACTIVE (in the Generic Description field).
This is needed so I can delete OLD items at year end.

You should be able to see this under the Item Quantities SmartList. Add the Last RCPT Date column for the last receipt date and add the Item Generic Description column. Then do whatever filtering you need on the data.
