Hello,

We have a business unit that works as a team (Team A) , they created opportunities and the owner is (Team A), but we made a WKF who changes the owner of the Quote (Team A) by the user who generate the Quote. but sometimes it doesn't work and the quote is generated by (Team A)!

If someone have an idea, even a little one. Thanks

Kindly let us know if this is working for some users in the team and not for others as you mentioned some times this was working.

Hi..

When it is not working, check workflow status, is there any error thrown.

It might be when specific user is creating quote.. might be missing some permission.
