Sales Order BOM

Posted on by 5

Hi People,

New to NAV and just wondering. If i open a sales order and explode the BOM on an order is there anyway i can leave that BOM open to then check the items section of NAV. I seem to have to close the BOM in Sales order to go to the item section

Change Code ,use page.RUN, instead of page.RUNMODAL

When use page.RUNMODAL , can't change to click other page

Not sure on version. I would say use the sales line detail factbox (appears on the right of pages). It has a link to the item card you can click on directly to investigate further. If you choose to not explode the non - highlight the sales line that has a bom and choose the line button. From there choose the assemble to order lines button. This shows the items in a list and there could be (working off memory not a visual) button for card which takes you to the item record
