Cannot Edit Journal Voucher

Dear Support,

Why do i can not edit existing Payment Journal (AR) Voucher?

I created 1 journal voucher from Payment Journal (Account receivable) but do not post it yet. when i come back to the journal voucher, i cannot edit all fields.

Is there any setup to enable all fields?

    Hi Yohana,

    Have you generated the payment for the journal line?

    You can identify this from the payment status field if there is something other than 'none' visible.

    Provided that you see payment status field other than 'none' you can manually change the payment status back to 'none' and then edit your voucher.
