HQ Client Run-time Error 339: Component 'Richtx32.ocx' ....

Hi,

I installed only hq client on a windows 10 machine (that has RMH installed on). I run all service pack till CU5. When I  try to open it (desktop icon), I get this popup error:  "Run-time Error 339: Component 'Richtx32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid  ".

Any advice?

    put the attached file in rms path in partition ( C )
