Missing Field Service in Sitemap

Hello, I am new to CRM, Sorry for my question.

I have just created an Sandbox environment and enabled the Field Service App.

But Field Service App is not displaying in the SiteMap, but it can be displayed in the left bar.

I have already disabled the "Use the new Unified Interface only (recommended)".

Also, in "my apps", I do not have the web for Field Service, not sure if it is related or not.

Could you advise how to display the Field Service in Sitemap?

    Hi partner,

    This is by design. The same is true in my environment.

    The new version of Field Service does not support web clients, only UCI. This is why Field Service does not display in the site map of the classic UI.

    If you want to display the Field Service in the site map of the classic UI, then you need to manually add its entities.

    Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System, click Client Extensions > Site Map.

    Add a Area, name it "Field Service". Then edit this site map and add entities according to the site map of UCI Field Service.
