How to disable table level field mandatory property by using extensions in D365

Hi Folks,

we have an requirement, to disable the mandatory property which resides in table level.

By code we are disabling that field, still while saving the record its throwing error "field must be filled in".

If anyone having any idea to override this error, please let me know.

You can't make table fields non-mandatory with extensions if they are set as mandatory in the standard application. That would break the standard application which trusts that the field always has data.

You have to come up with a different solution that fulfills your business requirement.

You can't do that,

There are some mandatory fields in tables like custgroup in custtable , and this mandatory to validate business logic.

So , you can share more details about table to suggest what you can do?
