Hello guys! hope you all are well.

i have two bins lets say Bin X and Bin Y

in Bin X i have item 1000 with Lot No. 10 and Package No. 10

in Bin Y i have the same item with Lot No. 11 and Package No.11

Bin Y has higher rank than bin X. when i create pick it chooses the bin with the higher rank which is correct but it fills the Lot No. and Package No. from Bin X. how can i show the lot no and package no of the item that is located in the picked Bin?

    you could add the lot column to the line as below example. I don't have BC so package is not available. As to the bin ranking, just need to make sure that BC rank the bigger number with higher priority. For example bin Y 100 is ranked higher than bin X 90. If BC choose bin Y over X, it should not display the lot info from items in Bin X unless both items share the same lot no.

    whats happening is that in item tracking lines i have different Lot and different Packages for the same item.

    and according to FEFO if the item have same expiry date it will choose the lowest lot for that item.

    so my problem is, when i create pick, it picks the correct bin with the highest bin rank BUT that bin contains item with Lot 2 and package 2.

    but instead it displays the lowest lot and package which is Lot 1 and package 1 and i cant register the pick because the bin doesnt contain the item from lot 1 and package 1, to solve it i need to change the lot and package manually.

    what i need is when i create pick i want the lot and package to be filled from the item in that bin not from item tracking lines. and i need it to be filled automatically but i cant find a link between warehouse and item ledger.
