We are on version 10.0.33 and I have defined the credit statisitcs in the Credit & Collections parameters, but the customer records do not have /Related Information/ or a /Credit Statistics Fact Box/. Was that removed in the latest versions? Is there somewhere else to view the statistics?

Your question is about fact boxes, but your screenshot is only the top part with the menu. Can you check if you have at the right side the filter icon and the information icon available? When clicking on the information icon, you will get all related information and fact boxes, in case the user has permissions to view them. This was reimaged in the April release.
