Error Message: GPS Error 58, SQL Error 102, ODBC Error 37000

I think I have this narrowed down to a Smartlist Error.  When a user logs out of one company into another, she gets 3 errors.

GPS Error: 58  (clicks ok)

SQL Error: 102 ..... incorect Syntax Near ',' (clicks ok)

ODBC Error: 37000 (clicks ok)

Then is able to proceed to work with no problems

I think it has something to do with a Smartlist Reminder or Shortcut or something like that.  It only happens to her UserID.  The problem is that we have over 100 users and 100 companies and everyone seems to make Smartlist favorites and set them available to "System."  So there are tons of Smartlists that may or may not have anything to do with the company thay are logged into.  What would be your troubleshooting steps to figure out whare this is coming from, short of running every single Smartlist favorite?

Has anyone seen this before?

What version of GP are you using?

There was an issue in V 8, where you got the above error sequence when you were running a smartlist...not on exit from one company.

Maybe not much help, but you never know.

I thought I updated this post with my findings, but I guess it didn't post for some reason.

We are on version 10.  I think the culprit is that this person had some "Reminders" tied to Smartlists that might have been deleted or were bad somehow.  What I think was happening was on login, it tries to load the Reminders, My Reports, and Quicklinks to the home page and she ended up having some reminders that I don't think she ended up ever using.  I had her delete them and she said she hasn't seen the error again.  So my guess is that was the fix.  But if it happens again, I will run the DEXSQL.log to see what is going on.

    Thanks.

    Hi Day,

Yesterday i was facing the same problem for one of the user.

We went to Main MenuGP-->Reminder-->change reminder preferences-->remove.

Remove all reminder and task from the user having such error.

    Sure it will work.

Logout from GP and Login back

    Thanks and Regards

    Amit
