Copy configuration of an old company into a new company in GP

I've created a new company alongside our existing company in GP 2010.  How do I copy the configuration from the existing company into the new one?  We would like to use the same account  framework, unit of measure schedules, etc.  I don't need the data from the old company in the new one; just the skeleton.

Thank you.

Merri

I'd second the Company Copy in PSTL; it is very easy to use.

If you do use SDT to copy any table contents over be careful in what you do copy.

Rapid Configuration Tools (Available within Rapid Migration Tool) provided the functionality for copy one company configuration data to another.

    Hope this helps!!!

You can also use the Support Debugging Tool if there are other tables you want to copy over that didn't come as part of the Copy Company utility.

    Kind regards,

Use the (Copy Company) tool in the PSTL "Proffessional Service Tools Library", in which you choose the source company (which you will copy from)  and target company. Check the modules which you want to include in the copy.

It's a matter of few minutes, and your task is completed.
