We are upgrading one of our customer from BC14 to BC21/25 and getting this error while synchronizing the tenant.
Did anyone face this issue?

We verified that 5151 table has same field names.

Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Management\Sync-NAVTenant : Changes to the tenant database could not be applied. Affected tables will not be available.

The first error was:

The tenant upgrade step to preserve integration IDs has failed because the integration records table with the ID 5151 does not have the following fields (with exact naming): Integration ID, Record ID, Table ID, Modified On. The integration records table ID is specified by the Integration Records Table configuration setting of the server instance.

Retry the operation when the problem has been resolved.

The error occurs because the Integration Records Table (ID 5151) is missing required fields (Integration ID, Record ID, Table ID, and Modified On) during the tenant synchronization process. First, verify that Table 5151 in BC14 and BC21/25 has the same schema using INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS in SQL. Next, check if the Integration Records Table configuration correctly points to Table 5151 by running Get-NAVServerConfiguration -ServerInstance <InstanceName> | Select-Object IntegrationRecordsTable. If the table structure is correct, try forcing synchronization with Sync-NAVTenant -ServerInstance <InstanceName> -Mode Force or -Mode Clean. If extensions modify Table 5151, verify them using Get-NAVAppInfo and reinstall if necessary. If required fields are missing, you can manually add them via AL code or SQL. Restart the Business Central service instance using Restart-NAVServerInstance -ServerInstance <InstanceName>, then retry synchronization. Ensuring the correct schema, configuration, and extension compatibility should resolve the issue. Let me know if you need further help!

    Hii there,
    as per Microsoft

The following table lists the Business Central 14 versions and the minimum version of later releases that are compatible for upgrade. For example, you can upgrade version 14.0 to any 15 or 16 version. You can only upgrade version 14.11 to version 15.5 (or later).

So check compatibility matrix before upgrading..

If you found answer please make it answered .
    Thank you.
