When adding a Quick View to a form, a default label of "New Section" is shown. This label cannot be updated and remains "New Section" when you change the label in the Quick View properties (see screen shot).
The label you are looking at in the screenshot exists on the Quick View form itself, not on the component being added to the other table.
Go to your other table (Lead in this case) and open the Quick View form called Lead Address. Update the section header to your desired value or hide it entirely.
