Hi,

Is it possible to modify the segments entity ribbon? Want to add a delete button to delete multiple segments from homepagegrid.

Or if there is an alternative to deleting multiple segments instead of having to click each one, open to suggestions.

Hi Adrian Chan,

Unfortunately, we can't use 'Delete' button in the homepage grid of segment.

In fact, it can only show this when we select records in the view, and we can't customize segments entity ribbon.

The 'Delete' button only show in the form of each segment.

After entering the form, it will determine whether the current segment is on a journey or not, and decide whether the delete button is available or not.

Probably because of this, the delete button is not available in the view screen, nor is it possible to do a bulk delete (just a guess).

Maybe you can create a new idea through the below URL, then ask your colleagues to raise up the votes.

Issue is that the below error occurs when trying to access certain segments that have the source "Dynamics 365 Marketing (outbound), so I can't go in to delete.
