You can change lookup view filter criteria to exclude disable user.
Status eq Enabled
Make.powerapps.com - Select Environment - Dataverse - Tables - Select your table - views - open lookup view type - update filter criteria
You will have to do in your related entity of your lookup field , it is system user table

thank you, found two similar user one is enable and one is disable. I have to change the name of disabled user but is there any way around to resolve it?

Are you sure you don't have 2 different users (may be one is disabled) with the same name?
