We are happy to announce that we have released audience insights and engagement insights environment linking as well as data sharing (customer profile dimensions and segments for use in analysis of behavioral data) to public preview.
This set of features helps to link the environments and, once that is done, enables sharing of unified customer profile dimensions like city, country or reward points (whatever you are tracking in your case in audience insights) as well as customer segment membership with engagement insights.
This, in turn, empowers a web analyst using engagement insights to ask a question like "Show me all the page views on a web site generated by customers belonging to a "High Rewards" segment (which is calculated by an audience insights)". Here is a quick demo of how it works:
