Cannot Display Customer Journey Templates when creating a new Journey

I am new to the Marketing Module within CRM 365.  I am trying to create a new Customer Journey using the templates however when I create a new Journey the design window shows an error (Unable to load Control)  at the bottom of the design window.   My guess is I need to change a setting however I am unable to figure out what I need to do to correct this issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Gene,

    This isn't something that would require you to change a setting.  It sounds like you either didn't get the solution installed correctly or that you are on an older version of the solution.  Have you installed the December Update?  If not, I suggest you try that first and see if that fixes it.
