Update a Contact Field to add a Note in Timeline

Hi Experts,

In my CRM Contact entity, there is a Two-Options field Eligible and its default value is No. When updating it from No to Yes, I want to automatically add a Note in the Timeline. Can you advise the best approach?

    Hi, CRMKEY

    You can create a real-time workflow to achieve your request.

    Here are the steps:

    1.Go to Advanced Settings > Settings > Process Center > Processes and New a process like the following picture.


    2.Set ‘Start when’



    3.Add steps


    • The Condition:


    • The properties of the creation:


    4.Save and Activate the Workflow. The note will be created automatically when the field ‘Eligible’ has been changed from No to Yes and the record has been saved.
