Connect your bot/virtual assistant to Dynamics 365

Is it possible to connect a bot from Bot Framework to Dynamics 365? I.e. getting relevant user input, such as leads throught the bot and place it in Dynamics 365 instead of an Azure Cosmos database? If it's possible, how can you integrate it? I haven't found any helpful documentation.
