CICD and Unmanaged Solution

We have used many custom entities and is a unmanaged solution in the Dev.environment. I cannot move this to live environment via CI/CD since it allows only managed solution. Hence ,I need the knowledge on how to convert the unmanaged solution without any miss-outs and implement it successfully in the live.
