D365 mobile app and users are getting an error when they try and go into the Timeline
The error is - "This feature is disabled in Mobile Settings, please turn on related setting and try again"
Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thank you.

Hi partner,
You can go Settings > Customization > Customize the system > Entities > Form.
Double-click timeline control to open Activities Tab Properties dialog.
Move to Web Client Properties tab and check ‘Available on phone’ under Availability pane.
