D365 mobile app and getting error when clicking on Timeline - "This feature is disabled in Mobile Settings, please turn on related setting and try again"

D365 mobile app and users are getting an error when they try and go into the Timeline

The error is - "This feature is disabled in Mobile Settings, please turn on related setting and try again"

Any ideas on how to resolve this?  Thank you.

    Hi partner,

    You can go Settings > Customization > Customize the system > Entities > Form.

    Double-click timeline control to open Activities Tab Properties dialog.

    Move to Web Client Properties tab and check ‘Available on phone’ under Availability pane.
