Marketing List Members - add columns?

I am trying to figure out how to add columns such as job title and addresses to the "marketing list" page and/or excel spreadsheet ... we are trying to go through our initial list of 1300 folks to create a 1000 folks list of VIPs.  Having titles and mailing addresses will help.  Has anyone been able to add these columns to the excel spreadsheet that is generated under marketing list members?

    There are two ways to deal with this.

    1. In the advanced find you will find the views as one of the entities you can choose from. If you select it and do a search you will find all the views, also the 'hidden' ones. If you double click on active members (there are three / accounts, leads and contacts) you can adjust the colums from there. You'll have to publish all customizations before you see the result.

    2. The other (more elegant) solution is to select the contacts in advanced find with the columns you need and as a filter that they belong to the marketinglist you just created.

    Thank you!  Another method I found was to use dynamic spreadsheets instead of static spreadsheets.  This option let me add the columns that I needed in order to complete my project.
