Added Sales license to User yesterday, not showing up in Enabled users.

Its been 24hrs since I've added the sales enterprise license to a user.  They are still not showing up in enabled users for me to manage.  Is there something else I need to do?

    Bump.  This user still isnt showing up as an enabled user.
