HI All,
When I try to reserve stock in Business Central I get the following error message:
Reserve must not be Never in Sales Line: Document Type=Order, Document No.=SO100124, Line No.=90000.
Talking to my colleagues I believe that in the past they turned the reservation feature off. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?

Hi, Sorry for misleading you. I missed it.
Ted is right, it's just that the field doesn't show up on the page.
You can use Personalize feature to display this field.
For example,
This error occurs when Reserve is never.

Are you able to show a screen shot as to where this option is found. I can see it on the customer card and have tested for one customer, setting it to always but it appears that when I create a sales order for that customer the reserve qty is still blank. I have searched the item card but can't find an option there.

There is a Reserve field on sales lines that has options Never, Optional, Always.
This field is also on customers and items.
My guess is it is set to Never in various places and you will need to go through the change it to Optional or Always depending on your needs.
Hi, As far as I know the Reserve function in Business Central has no switch, this looks like a custom error message. You can contact your partner to investigate this problem together.
