E-mailing from GP2013 with Office 365 Not Working

Hello:

A GP2013 end user is unable to e-mail payables remittance from GP 2013, ever since they updated to 64-bit Office 365 last week.

Her login window appears, upon clicking "Process". But, the system no longer accepts the credentials that she enters.

I accessed SQL and updated the SY04920 to contain the new Outlook 365 URL (outlook.office365.com/.../Exchange.asmx) but to no effect.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Well yeah..I also just made my account for the same purpose..So hopeful of an accurate solution here.I hope someone helps here mywegmansconnect

If using 64-bit Office, it is recommended to change the Email Preference from MAPI to Exchange under Administration > Setup > System > System Preferences. Also, make sure you are running the latest GP 2013 service pack.

I had already changed the box from "MAPI" to "Exchange".

Is there anything else that can be done?

Hi All:

The client resolved this, by having the user utilize a new user ID that will send through the on-site relay.
