Mandatory Arrears

Is there a way to print an edit list of mandatory arrears that will be posted if you use the "Arrears Batch Posting" window?  From what I can find, they only way to do it is from the "Mandatory Arrears" window and selecting each template individually and printing it.  If anyone knows of a table that gets populated with the individual transactions once all the templates are selected from the Batch Posting window, I could use that as well; in place of an edit list.

I love macros, so that would work as a workaround.

    Thank you.

Unfortunately, those tables don't get populated without recalling the template in the window first. Have you considered creating a macro that does the work of recalling the template ID's and hitting the print button? This would be a fairly simple macro to create. The following is a great article on creating macros:

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Tom,

If I use the Mandatory Arrears window, not the Arrears Batch Posting, and pull up each arrear individually, those tables populate.  My company will have about 15-20 arrear templates and will use the Batch Posting window and those tables do not populate once I select all templates in the Arrears Batch Posting window.

Take a look a the following tables and see if a SmartList on these provides what you are needing:

    • APR_DIA50000 / APR DIA Missed Check TEMP
    • APR_DIA50001 / Deductions in Arrears Uncollected Temp

These are the tables behind the scrolling windows on the Mandatory Arrears window.
