Dynamics 365 APP for Outlook - issue with new Outlook, Outlook Web app

Hello,
 
We are trying to implement Dynamics 365 app for outlook and we are facing with the new outlook version and Outlook Web App.
It works with Outlook classic only.
We are in hybrid : 
- Dynamics 365 V9.1 on-premises (CRM 9.1.0006.0003, ADFS 2019)
- Exchange Online
 
 
Exemple On Outlook Web app : 
 
The same with the new Outlook
