The best way is to start with the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations trials.

As an alternative: If you want to avoid vendor engagement for D365, and you have a M365 tenant, you can order D365 trials using the Microsoft M365 admin center. You can also find a click-though for d365 F&O here, but the process is about the same for most D365 SKU's: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMxi8Bjxie0
