Error "Approval Administrator must not be Yes in User Setup User ID = 'xxxxx'" in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

I encounter this issue "Approval Administrator must not be Yes in User Setup User ID = 'xxxxx'"

I see that whenever I set up a user name, in User Approval Set up, the User Set up will automatically create the User name in User Set up.

Not sure what is the problem here? Kindly advise

    the error seems to say there are more than one approval admin. 

    not sure what the who user approval setup page look like, but there should only be one approval administrator on the page

    add a new user to this page doesn't auto trigger system to set the new user as approval admin. But you could try to clear the current admin to see if it behave differently if you have the permission.
