Hi Experts, I have a user in a different time zone than head office. He created an appointment activity in CRM and when it synchronized with Outlook was 6 hours earlier? Any suggestions on how to fix this? The appointment went to the customer with the wrong time as well.

    Hi,

In my testing, I encountered your problem when the time zone in the CRM and the time zone in outlook were inconsistent.

    Please check this point.

    Best Regards,
